It started at home.

The Story Behind Valor Artistry

From a dad's idea to a one-of-one vision.

I'm a dad to two little boys, and sports have always been something we've enjoyed together. They became interested in collecting sports cards, and I found myself getting pulled into the hobby right alongside them.

I'd been creating commissioned canvas artwork and portraits for clients for years. Looking at sports cards through an artist's eyes, I kept thinking, “I could make a really awesome sports card if I ever tried.”

One day, I did. Someone happened to see that first piece and couldn't believe it. Their encouragement made me wonder how far this idea could go.

“I don't just paint what people see. I paint what they feel.”

Today, Valor Artistry brings together my love of sports, collecting, painting, and creating meaningful pieces — from commissioned canvas work to hand-painted 1/1 sports cards.

And somewhere along the way, a new dream took shape: someday creating for the hobby's biggest names. Because honestly… how cool of a dad would I be? 😂
